Radala was started by Ingrid Taylor in 1998 as a small business selling diabetic apple strudels. She then went on to produce slippers and a small range of guest towels and other locally produced items. Whilst we do not have our own factory producing products, we do make use of a CMT (cut make and trim) factory, which now spend about 95% of their production time for Radala. Tony joined Ingrid in 2000 and the business was expanded by selecting principles that came with a good track record and practiced the same principles we expect in business dealings. Most of our lines are aimed at the specialist gift shops, decorative stores, specialised furniture stores and interior decorators. We are also expanding our operation to the hospitality industry.

As a small family business (our name Radala comes from our children, Raoul, Darren and Lara) we strive to offer our customer top quality service go out of our way catering to our clients needs and wants.
